Qualifications
Eloisa Cullington holds a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences (Honours) and is a Clinical Registrant with the prestigious Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). Her extensive training and expertise encompass a range of therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
With a strong foundation in counselling, including a Graduate Diploma in Counselling, Eloisa has honed her skills through diverse clinical experiences. She has provided invaluable services in various psychiatric facilities, including The Hills Clinic, The Sydney Clinic, and Brisbane Waters Private Hospital, showcasing her versatility and commitment to mental health care.
Eloisa has received specialised training from the EMDR Institute, Inc., and the renowned Byron Clinic. Her mentorship under the tutelage of the pioneering Marsha Linehan, the creator of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, further underscores her exceptional qualifications.
