Appointment Commitments
Omni Energy Therapy is a professional practice committed to providing consistent and ongoing care by limiting client numbers. Your attendance, or timely notification if you cannot attend, is therefore essential.
- Confirmation: Confirm, cancel, or reschedule your appointment by phone or text with ‘Y’ (yes) or ‘N’ (no) 48–24 hours prior to your session.
- Late Cancellations / Missed Appointments: Full session fees apply for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment and for non-attendance.
- Multiple Non-Attendances: Repeated missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in discontinuation of services.
- Outstanding Fees: Additional appointments may not be scheduled until any outstanding fees have been paid.
- Reminders: Failure to receive a reminder text does not exempt clients from the responsibility to attend their session.
4. Confidentiality
All personal information collected during counselling will be kept strictly confidential and stored securely, except in the following circumstances:
- If the information is subpoenaed by a court.
- If failure to disclose the information would place you or another person at serious risk of harm.
- With your prior consent, to:
- Enable limited discussion about treatment progress with a referring medical practitioner.
- Provide a written report to another professional or agency (e.g., a lawyer).
- Discuss relevant material with another person (e.g., a parent, guardian, or employer).
- If disclosure is otherwise required or authorised by law.
All disclosures will be limited to the minimum necessary information and handled in a professional, ethical, and secure manner.
5. Data Protection & Cross-Border Compliance

8. Liability
- Counselling services are provided in good faith and according to professional standards.
- Eloisa Cullington is not liable for outcomes resulting from counselling or decisions made based on advice received.
- Clients are responsible for their own wellbeing and decisions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Australian law. Any disputes will be addressed under Australian jurisdiction.
10. Amendments
These Terms may be updated; the latest version will be posted on the website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
